Penn State Altoona to present the play 'Love and Whiskey' Oct. 27-29

Penn State Altoona's fall theatre performance, "Love and Whiskey," will take place Oct. 27-29 in the Wolf Kuhn Theatre of the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts. The play is set in North Carolina during the Great Depression and revolves around Lucy Mae, a woman in her 30s striving to become the woman she wants to be. Tickets are $5 for Penn State Altoona students and $7 for general admission.

Theatre Production: 'The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again]'

“The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised] [again]” is a 2023 version of the original “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged),” first performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 1987. It has since been performed around the world and is London’s longest-running comedy, playing for nine years at the Criterion Theatre and will be featured at Penn State Altoona on March 21.

The fair allows students to present the culmination of their work from a traditional research/creative activities experience, an internship, or a course-based undergraduate research experience.
